IPTV 2022: -6.1 in 2022 compared to 2021

According to the Omedia institute, which tracks television advertising investments (IPTV) by advertisers in Côte d'Ivoire and other countries, these investments fell by 6.1% in 2022 compared to 2021.

With a total amount of just over 12 billion CFA francs, Ivorian television channels saw their gross revenues decline, but these nevertheless remain slightly above the level observed in 2020.

Despite the dynamism of the Ivorian economy and the editorial wealth brought by the new Ivorian channels, the Ivorian TV advertising market remains far behind its Senegalese counterpart, which is growing strongly for the second consecutive year and now stands at 19 billion CFA francs.
