A+ updates its visual and audio identity

With the aim of continuing to appeal to its viewers, the A+ channel is revamping its visual and audio identities. Starting in April 2023, A+ will feature new branding that will allow it to assert its African identity and its roots in audiovisual production.

To better support and guide its viewers, the A+ channel is introducing a new female voice on the air. The channel has chosen a clear and cheerful voice to better tell the continent's beautiful stories. In addition to this innovation, the channel also intends to get closer to its subscribers by strengthening its presence in households across the 24 African countries where the CANAL+ group operates.

For several years, CANAL+ has been supporting African audiovisual production in order to get closer to its audience. A+, through its content, confirms this commitment by offering four slots of series acclaimed by viewers every day: Créations, Nostalgie, Sagas, and now Afropluriel, formerly Afronovelas. This new slot is an opportunity to reveal to African audiences talents from various countries such as Mozambique, Angola, Senegal and Rwanda, focusing on proximity and diversity.

At the heart of the channel's programming offering, the Créations slot features original, diverse co-productions that combine intrigue, passion, and twists and turns.
