Ecofin agency opens office in DRC and launches Bankable

The Ecofin agency covers daily news from Africa's main economic sectors (public management, finance, telecoms, agriculture, energy, mining, transport, Communication, Training) and also operates several media outlets with partners (We Are Tech with Orange, Investir au Cameroun with the Stratline agency, and Togo First with the Togo Business Climate Unit) is continuing its pan-African development and is setting up in the DRC.

The Ecofin agency is taking advantage of the significant economic development in the DRC to launch Bankable, an information media outlet for professionals that offers "reliable, well-documented information, processed according to international standards, from an African perspective."

Published in French, Bankable announces that the English version will be launched in September in order to make this information accessible to as many economic players as possible.

The Kinshasa office will be headed by Aboudi Ottou, a Cameroonian journalist with some 20 years of experience, including more than a decade covering economic news.

Before taking charge of the Kinshasa office, Aboudi Ottou headed the Cameroon office of the Ecofin Agency for three years.
