ARTISTIC DIRECTOR/GRAPHIC DESIGNER:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 years of experience in a digital agency or advertising agency.
SKILLS:
➔ Advertising culture and artistic curiosity
➔ Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, generative AI, etc.)
➔ Understanding of print and digital production
techniques ➔ Strong analytical skills
➔ Good knowledge of the web in general, motion design, and video production
Proficiency in video tools (editing and motion design) would be a plus.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
EXPERIENCE: +5/10 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency.
SKILLS:
➔ Expertise in social media platforms (language, codes, influencers, trends).
➔ Media buying skills (Meta, Google).
➔ Use of e-reputation monitoring and analysis tools.
➔ Knowledge of trends and ability to exploit them (events, partnerships, content).
➔ Fluency in English
➔ Organization, autonomy, and rigor
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
➔ Curiosity to keep up with the rapid evolution of social media and digital technology.
➔ Ability to listen in order to understand the community and the brands' vision.
➔ Excellent written communication skills and ability to explain the editorial line internally.
➔ Adaptability, creativity, and responsiveness in the face of the unexpected.
