Launched just four years ago by Fabrice Sawegnon, Life TV has carved out a niche for itself in the Ivorian audiovisual landscape.
From the outset, the channel has made its mark in the competitive landscape thanks to a modern and sophisticated marketing approach that highlights its presenters, journalists, and everyone else who contributes to the channel on a daily basis.
Its entertainment shows, talk shows, news programs, and social affairs programs have enabled Life TV to offer an alternative to existing channels that appeals to the Ivorian public.
As a result, the channel quickly achieved a significant audience share, placing it in second or third position according to quarterly ratings.
Today, Life TV faces a major challenge, as do other private Ivorian channels: competition in the Ivorian audiovisual sector is fierce, and the advertising market is still insufficient to adequately finance all Ivorian channels.
These economic constraints may affect its ability to launch new programs and develop the channel.
A lot of work needs to be done to convince advertisers, as Closran N'Guessan, Director of Marketing and Communications Strategy at LIFE Group, pointed out in the interview he gave us last March.
Nevertheless, in four years, Life TV has successfully entered the Ivorian audiovisual landscape. We wish it every success for the next five years.
