Launched in Nigeria in 2012, Jumia has become a leading e-commerce player on the continent, where it now operates in 14 African countries.
A few days ago, the management team in charge of operations in Ivory Coast announced the launch of its new advertising service, Jumia Advertising, for major brands and companies increasingly focused on digital communication.
Thanks to this new service, the e-commerce "unicorn" will enable companies and advertisers to communicate on all of the group's platforms, helping them to find, attract, and retain millions of Jumia customers at every stage of their purchasing journey.
According to the team in charge of the service in Côte d'Ivoire: "On Jumia, more than two million Ivorians visit our sites at least once a month. This represents a strong exploitable potential for us and also for advertisers, as we enable them to reach more than 80% of the Ivorian population with internet access.
Beyond Côte d'Ivoire, Jumia's advertising service is available in most countries where the group operates, including Senegal, Morocco, and Nigeria.
